Trade-in customers must have an appointment! We want to get to know you, and we'll do our best to work around any schedule. We have a transparent process, as we want to ensure you feel comfortable with our calculations. Store credit is provided instantly, and it's tax free if you use it the same day!

We accept clothes of the current season, with a few off-season mixed in for those who like to travel to warm places.

Store credit will be provided at the end of your appointment. Good condition items will be at 20% of resale value, and mint will be at 30% of resale value Credit can be used 100% towards anything gently-loved. Store-credit lasts for six months, and we will do our best to provide a courtesy call when it's close to expiring!

Be green! What could be "greener" than gently-loved cloth diapers? We take all kinds, as long as they're not ripped, overly stained, and the velcro & snaps work, etc.
